Fort Tectoria
777 Fort Street, Victoria, BC
VIATEC's hub for the Victoria technology sector, opened in 2014 in a four-storey brick building of 1909 at 777 Fort Street. The Tilted Rocket Lounge, about twelve hundred and fifty square feet, holds eighty to a hundred and fifty and is the room the festival used. The building has hosted hundreds of events since it opened, most of them nothing like these two.
NeuzTec 2, in April 2017, was the first edition under the NeuzTec name and the festival's first quadraphonic presentation: four channels in a co-working lounge, seven in the evening until midnight.
NeuzTec 3 returned the following April with the same system and a longer night, doors at five and music from six until midnight.
